This book investigated the reading behaviors of faculty members in colleges in Nagpur City in India. Out of 179 teachers 150 teacher means near 84% have responded and returned the questionnaire duly filled in, 123 Male teachers and 44 Female teaches have responded. In this study the all the teachers are of Arts & Commerce faculty and of Senior College in Nagpur city. India?s education attention is focused on a number of problems that have as common factors, the need for more knowledge about reading and the ways and means by which children and adults can be helped to improve their reading skills. At the elementary, secondary, and college levels, where opportunities for schooling are being increased daily, probably the biggest single factor in success in proficiency in reading. This book would help to enhance the collection in the library.
