Welcome to 5 D. I. Y. Small Open Shelf Building Plans, a small D. I. Y. project with some of the more unique building plans in comparison to those found out there on the internet. We'll go over many things in this book in order to not only make sure that you not only have the building plans for you to work but also a firm understand of how things should be built so that they do not break just in case woodworking is new to you.



In the first chapter, we'll go over how to make an hanging kitchen cabinet that you can put in the side of any kitchen. We'll cover such things as:

How to make sure there is enough weight distributed over an area. Why you should paint cabinets with waterproofing paint. How to prevent making cracks in painted wood.

In the remaining chapters we'll cover a few other projects, such as a nail shelf and how to make a couch. In these sections, we'll not only go over how you can make them but also how to can redesign them to serve other purposes and provide a different design that is cheap and looks better than just finished wood.
