In addition iMusic sends out a satisfaction email to first time customers.

When registering as a user or when making your first purchase iMusic will provide you with a unique customer number that is used for order processing and collection of data about you.

These data are logged by the web server of iMusic and used for error detection. The log is deleted after 60 days.

These data are logged by the web server of iMusic and used to improve the website as well as to better help you when contacting customer service. The log is stored for 24 months.

Purchase history

These data are registered on imusic.dk so you can get an overview on your purchases and for you to get a better experience when contacting customer service, including the experience of potential RMA's.

Purchase history is stored for at least 5 years in compliance with the accounting regulation.

Payment information

The payment information you provide during check-out are necessary to complete a purchase. The payment information are deleted as soon as the transaction has been completed.

If you sign up for newsletters by iMusic your name and e-mail address will be used to send you the newsletters. Your subscription can be withdrawed at any time.

Inbound and outbound invoices

Inbound and outbound invoices are stored responsibly and are saved for 5 years in compliance with the accounting regulation.

Below you can read which external businesses receive personal information from iMusic and to what purpose.

iMusic use external collaborators in order to process and deliver orders, improve the website and provide excellent customer service. All corporations that iMusic collaborate with either have wares in a EU country or have joined The EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield and have thus committed to comply with the same rules and legislations about personal data protection that are applicable in the EU.

Name, address, E-mail, phone number, customer number, IP Address, page views and purchase history are passed on to Intercom. iMusic use to provide you with a better customer service experience.

When contacting iMusic by e-mail a copy of your e-mail is stored on Google Mail. All received e-mails are deleted after 5 years. E-mails kan be used for customer service, RMA's, complaints and other elements related to processing an inquiry .

If you contact iMusic through Facebook your messages will be deleted at regular intervals. You yourself are responsible for the text you write on the Facebook wall of imusic.dk.

Your payment information are passed on to QuickPay with the purpose of completing your transaction during a purchase on imusic.dk.

Your IP Address is passed on to Google Analytics and used to prevent fraud.

IP Address, URL and server response time are passed on to New Relic and used to detect problems with page views and web speed.

If the information that iMusic have about you are not correct, you have a right to get them corrected. You can change your name and contact information yourself through my account.

Right to deletion
