When Kenny's daughter, Kenna, hurts herself, she sets in motion a series of events that eventually lead her Pops to revert to his old ways and he ends up doing and acting like he had before he retired. Kenny is not a young man, he's in his 70's and hoping to live out his life at a much slower way of life, but that is not what happened. And so, their lives are changed forever, tho not all of it is bad and before its all said and done with, there are several more members of his family to be mindful of. This is Ken's 31st book, and they are all diversified in scope, and the various genres that he uses to bring his characters alive. One thing is for certain, his characters are never boring, or one dimensional.
