Nadia Resnik is the Russian equivalent of an FBI Special Agent. She and her partner, Dietz Bontrager, have been assigned the task of apprehending a Russian mobster who is killing men with a distinctive tattoo on their chests. In the course of their investigation, they encounter a Russian hitman operating out of the Tombs motorcycle gang's hangout in Southern California. Nadia wants to take the hitman down too. To do that, she must go undercover and gather the evidence needed for a conviction. The last thing she expects is to fall in love with a man destined for prison-or worse. Dolan Miles is a hitman dealing with his aging father's senility and the old man's refusal to reveal the significance of a tattoo Dolan received at his bar mitzvah. When he meets Nadia, it is "love at first sight"-until the learns the secret of her past and the true meaning behind the tattoo. Then, he is forced to put his life on the line to save his family from the Russian mob.
