Sue Passmore is well-known as a maritime historian (Welsh Sail and Farmers & Figureheads) and she has now turned her attention with equal zest to the countryside. Like her Llanllwchaearn: a parish history, Llanina & Cytblwyf is crammed with original research. Having previously set the parish of Llanllwchaearn in its historical context which is also applicable to Llanina & Cytblwyf, she has not repeated that information but adopted a novel approach, appropriate to their history.
