A boy and his chinchilla go to the park to play, but a big bully and his terrible pet gorilla become the "fun police" and put a kabosh on any fun they might have had. They also take away the boy and his chinchilla's ice cream cones and eat them. Worse still, the bully imposes a use tax of one dollar per person per day for anyone using the park. Now the boy and his chinchilla must pay the cash toll if they ever want to enjoy the park again. But that was the straw that broke the camel's back. The boy becomes frustrated and decides to fight back. But what can the boy do? He's much smaller than the big, bad bully. And the boy's chinchilla is much smaller than the huge, terrible gorilla. After visiting his local pet shop, the boy comes up with a very clever but itchy plan to defeat the bully and his ape. Goliath was stopped by a single stone, and this bully (and his gorilla) were stopped by a tiny flea ... well, make that an army of tiny fleas!
