General Pavle Strugar attacked in 1991 Dubrovnik, a Croatian city considered World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, causing damages to a lot of cultural properties. A few years later, this action was judged by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
