Tropical Storm Phyllis pounds the Gulf Coast as six college friends arrive at a beach house. Oblivious to the recent algae bloom and the lack of sea life, they marvel at white sands, vacant million-dollar homes, and crystal blue September skies. A sandbar sits 100 yards from shore. They swim out to explore and never notice the sharks move in. Suddenly, the deserted island feels completely abandoned. As the sun sets, the tide rises and hope fades. Even as the shiver test the depth of the rising water, these friends discover their greatest enemy isn't in the water: it's in the mirror.
