Murder victims are being found in hotels at various international airports around the country. The only links between the cases are the victims being from other countries and large quantities of benzodiazepine in their systems. Local police haven't found any direct connection between any of the victims. With no clues to go on, the police chalk it up to lonely guys away from home being murdered by prostitutes. Until a small-town cop with too much time on his hands sees a connection and gets his friend in the FBI involved. Now the FBI must solve this case and catch a killer.
