Heroes don't always win. In reality, outside of fairy tales, the Weather Warriors' happily-ever-after endings are clouded by darkness. Their reality is being imprisoned and powerless in the dark reaches of the Fairy Palace. The Weather Warriors are at the mercy of the Elf Ruler, Jerekas, experiencing fake universes and making impossible decisions. The Spawns of Darkness designed Dove to become a trap after trap. If the teenagers were to flee the palace they would still be the Spawns' prisoners. In this once realm of heroes, the light falls to darkness, and Dove is consumed in an endless blackness. Delia, Aurora, Iris, Gale, Arno, and Lucas must trust in one another through the challenges as they grow closer to Nightingale. If they want to stop the unleashing of the Spawns, they must put their emotions aside. Their minds must be focused on the task at hand. The Spawns War begins.
