We experience conflict in every aspect of life, this is the human condition. Often, the method with which we communicate with others is the catalyst for much of the conflict we experience whether that was our intent or not. This handbook is designed to provide the reader with various communications skills that are easy to understand, easy to apply, and if applied properly, will greatly reduce the incidences of conflict.
