Thoughts of a Deployed Soldier Christopher Legier

Everyone that has been deployed overseas to a combat zone understands the frustrations and uncertainties of a deployment. An individual's thoughts cover the wide spectrum from misery to joy. I experienced every emotion possible in the human psyche. While deployed overseas and upon returning home, I kept a diary of my emotions. I wrote down what I was feeling at a particular moment. Writing my thoughts down helped me cope with the stress. I hope these thoughts can do the same for any member of the Armed Forces of the United States.
