I wrote this book No Fads Just Facts because I was tired of all the fad diets that would never work. I wanted to lose weight the right way, but what is the right way? Good old hard work, commitment and a change in lifestyle that's it. Sounds simple don't it. I wish I knew this years ago when I started. Inside you will see what I did for twelve weeks to lose over seventy pounds and no I did not use any enhancers or diet pills. That is one thing I am sincere about. I did not want to take anything that would affect my heart and blood pressure. I talk about the facts on diets like carbohydrates and sugars. What sugar does in the digestion process and how bad it is for you. I have also added terms so that you can understand what trainers mean when they are working with. I wrote about fad diets and how they trap you as a consumer, it's just marketing don't let it catch you. I know there are many men and women that are frustrated with weight control. I hope that this book will inspire you to stay the course and don't give up. Stay focused and get passionate about you. Love yourself and don't sell yourself short.
