"I wish to state that this book was motivated by my first recent international travel to Nigeria, West Africa, in November 2008, and subsequently, in December of 2009. Though this book is a fictional work, some of the imageries were a reflection of that travel experience.
It made sense also that I combined this story with characters I learned about in Greek mythology. Thanks to the Internet and the ease of checking things out through Google, especially since it was important to make sure the title was okay and that certain names used does not, indeed, fall into names that I could not use. Furthermore, my favorite author, Rick Riordan, was a source of inspiration.
The idea of this book is to develop four titles to entertain and stimulate the curious minds of general casual readers and to make those readers feel good in the end about the literary work of a young writer. The rest of the four titles and their contexts have been thought out in my head, but I am yet to determine how to write them. The story directions would come once I step in front of computer to type.
It is also expected that this book would encourage young people like me to write using their idle time as my father made me do and as evidenced by this work."
