He is one of those science guys with a backdoor pass to NASA and was in on the secrets the government had about UFO?s. Harper got his clearance busted down because he didn?t like the way it was handled. He thought the people had a right to know and now he knows too much. In fact he knows how to reconstruct the alien ship and does it. Hiding from the CIA and what he calls the suits, all hell is about to break loose. Time and Space is not what it seems and Harper brings it home while Christy his gal has her heart broken time after time but she stands by her man.
