BYEWAYS D?Espana ?Who has the audacity to dictate the common man's interpretation of culture?? Byeways D?Espana is a simple tale of four Coach Driver?s taking a choir from North Wales to Spain. Never having much of an education, Ron yearns to learn more about the historic location's they call at. Harry, on the other hand believes he has all the culture and experience he needs. In this second book of the Byeways trilogy our two characters are joined by Jimmy - a lackadaisical ladies man and shirker who is quite content to let his colleagues deal with all the strain and effort. Billy on the other hand is paired up with Harry and, like an obedient dog, is always by his co-drivers side, no matter how badly he may be treated. Friendship is a peculiar thing and along with culture there can be reluctance by man to consciously appreciate it.
