Contributor Bio:  Walther, Wolfgang Geboren und aufgewachsen in Zwickau (Sachsen) bin ich An-fang der siebziger Jahre nach der preussischen Landeshauptstadt aus- bzw. eingewandert und lebe seit 1995 in der Gemeinde Kloster Lehnin im Land Brandenburg, weil das Landleben mich in einer Anwandlung von Stadtverdrossenheit unwiderstehlich an-gezogen hatte. Frau und Kind zogen mit, Katze und Hund kamen spater hinzu. Seit meiner Schulzeit schreibe ich Gedichte und Ge-schichten. Inzwischen sind es an die 500 Gedichte, zahlreiche Kurzgeschichten und ein Roman, Kaukasen kusst man nicht." Mein erstes Buch (mittlerweile sind es sechs) erschien 2004, ein Gedichtband. Obwohl mir der berufliche Alltag als Brotchen-mann" in der Cafeteria einer Gesamtschule in Potsdam wenig Muse fur die Poesie ubrig lasst, versuche ich, diese beim taglichen Spaziergang mit meinem Kaukasischen Hirtenhund durch die Natur immer wieder neu zu entdecken. Ich bin ein lebensbejahender, frohlicher und optimistischer Mensch. Ich liebe die Natur und die Liebe und beides gehort zu meinen bevorzugten Themen in der Lyrik. Ich lese gern und hatte gern mehr Zeit dafur. Mein Lieblingsschriftsteller ist Stephen King und von den Lyrikern mag ich besonders Fontane, Ruckert, Claudius, Heine, Morgenstern. Obwohl von dem Kaukasenroman" mehr Exemplare verkauft wurden, als von all meinen Gedichtbanden zusammen, und ich, auch aufgrund zahlreicher begeisterter Leserzuschriften, an einem zweiten Teil arbeite, bin ich wohl doch eher ein Lyriker als ein Romancier.
