I am what they call a "Master Preservationist" in Property Preservation within the world of Real Estate Foreclosures. There really is no such thing as "Master Preservationist"; however, you can say the two words can be viewed as my experience within the industry. "Foreclosures" unfortunately; this is the world we live it. The reality and reasoning for this book is to bring to light the positives and negatives of the industry; the "who is" and "who is not" within this industry. Personally, I cannot remember anybody favoring or favorable this industry. The simple truth is everyone has to be part of this ever changing world we live in. Hopefully by the time you finish reading this book, you will have all the answers you have ever wanted about the foreclosures business and I will have retired.
