Pardon me for being so bold. My name is Nobody. This was a named earned from enduring one or more of the following statements: I have been abused, so I am Nobody. I have a mental disorder, so I am Nobody. I self-injury, so I am Nobody. I have dyslexia, so I am Nobody. I am a Christian who is Gay, so I am Nobody. Being part of the Nobody syndrome, I have been everywhere but nowhere. A Nobody can even be seen in the following scenarios: Sitting next to you in church, afraid you will figure out my secrets. Working in the desk next to you, afraid my true self will come out. Crying myself to sleep, hoping God will hear me tonight. Hurting in quiet, wearing a mask to cover my scars. Listening and confused by what others have told me to be and do. Living a series of lies, that others have caused me to believe. Thinking I'm not good enough, while others confirm it. Now I have peaked your interest to ask am I a Nobody, do I know a Nobody, or could I know a Nobody. Chances are you or somebody you know is Nobody. With this book, I hope you learn the love and prayer Nobody needs. I hope us Nobodies can find encouragement to change syndromes, more days then not.
