Join Sam Riley, the man in gray, as the FBI man tries to figure out who killed him over seventy years ago. His search is interrupted by a murder and a second investigation that pulls in a private detective, Chase Bowden. Formerly of the CIA, Bowden has been hired by a wealthy man in New York to bring back a painting that he inherited. Other people want that painting too, and when Bowden arrives in Issaquah, Washington, he finds a dead man, a ghost, a large group of relatives, and no painting. This is an intense thriller with humorous scenes. Follow along as Bowden fights the Seattle rain, trying to find the painting and help the ghost, while unsuccessfully trying to stay out of the hospital and jail.
