Was Jesus a Preterist?
In Matthew 24-25, Jesus gave a stirring prediction about judgment, preparedness, salvation, and destruction. But to what did these words apply? Was it about the overthrow of the Jewish Commonwealth? Was it about the end of the universe? Or a combination of both?
How does Luke 21 fit into the discussion? If Jesus spoke of two different judgments (one local and one universal), where should we divide Matthew 24-25 to make that distinction?
These topics and more are discussed and debated in the pages of this book. And you might be surprised by the outcome!
