Teddy is going to help her friend Rob remodel a prohibition era inn/post WWII road house/90's restaurant and bar into a vacation rental. First they are going to have to deal with whatever is causing the smell in the corner of the laundry room. In addition to digging up a few spare body parts they are going to have to find out how those body parts came to be there.
