Cody Rose has come to the end of her life on earth. Though born with a horrible affliction she has touched countless lives with her positive attitude and Christian faith. Now she has been relegated to a hospital bed to await her coming reconciliation with Christ. There she meets Ted Grace, a psychotherapist who has been assigned her palliative care. The two form a bond that can only be described as divinely inspired. Though Cody is the one who is about to die it is her therapist who needs to be saved. The terminally ill patient uses an obscure painting on her hospital room wall to accomplish that goal. It becomes one of life's anomalies that defy explanation.
