Indian Curry Recipes Ann Sullivan

"I have been looking high and low for a recipe book on Indian cuisine. My daughter's boyfriend is from India and she is bringing him home for the first time this coming fall. I would very much like to impress him with a few dishes he might be familiar with. Do you have anything that could help me?"



It just so happens I have an enormous recipe book that focuses on Indian Curry recipes. While this doesn't actually cover all varieties of Indian cuisine, there should be more than a few dishes he will be familiar with. We sample international cuisine occasionally, and although my husband isn't able to handle the spices associated with Indian cuisine, my daughters and I enjoy several different curry dishes.



Coconut Curry Fish, Spicy Indian Chicken and Mango Curry, Curried Chicken Salad, and Chicken Curry with Pineapple are a few of our favorites. Bear in mind, if you are not familiar with Indian cuisine, and the various spices called for in many of these dishes, you may want to adjust measurements to suit your taste. Some of these dishes can be rather spicy, especially for those who have a delicate palate.
