It chronicles my life living alone in the Rocky mountains and a beautiful, transformative journey through therapy and healing. You'll find insights into health, relationships, healing depression and dealing with the aftermath of being raised by a severely abusive mother with a personality disorder. The journey will take you from Mayan Temples, to Los Angeles therapy trainings, to devastating truths and rebirths at a group psychology course in England in an old brick building on a fall afternoon. The stories, memories and dreams are short and poetic. This is not a how to, but more of an artistic, intimate peek into my personal diary.
