There is music and harmony in the soul attuned to God. Music, in all its glory, its multitude of chords and intricate melodies, begins with a simple seven-note scale. God fashions soul harmony in many ways, just as He is the creative force behind the sounds that enchant our ears and thrill our senses when composers present their masterpieces for our enjoyment. In "Heart Chords" I have chosen seven themes: Longing, listening, learning, leaning, living, loving, lauding. As I worship Him, within these unique yet inseparable life applications, I am finding peace and harmony with the lover of my soul. May you enjoy the melody He is composing in my heart! Lois teaches "Soul Expression" journaling workshops around the country. One of God's gifted communicators, she also speaks at women's retreats and other events, and is an enthusiastic advocate of spiritual journaling; enjoying helping God's people learn this art for their own devotional refreshment.
