After the swarms of genetically modified organisms (an insect bio-warfare locust) devastate the whole United States, leaving millions dead and a government that's completely shut down, a wicked dignitary arises. With the intent to monopolize what's left of the United States, Damion Callaway rules with an iron fist, oppressing the people as he is in search of the legendary blood diamonds. Meanwhile, God puts his own plans into motion by sending, Abigail Bendarras, a modern day Moses, to rescue the small town of Chesterville.
