Debolina Chatterjee, with whom the story begins, at the heart of Calcutta, India, along with several others such as Jessica Parker and Catherine Price, elsewhere terrestrially, are on an unconscious mission. They do not know as yet how they're facilitating the process of jurisdiction against crime and terror.
