The Road from Tenancingo

Juanita is beautiful and brilliant. She carries the hopes of her family, her neighbors in the village and the local priest as she takes up scholarship studies at the University of Guanajuato. There she is charmed by the sophisticated Geraldo who invites her to meet his family in Tenancingo, where to her horror, she is enslaved and sold into prostitution.

Government Agencies, NGO's, the Church, her family, and even former victims on both sides of the border between the USA and Mexico are involved in the search for Juanita. Selfless, dedicated and passionate in their purpose, they are beacons along Juanita's dangerous and painful path. Is there hope for victims like Juanita even if rescued?
