Every corporation looks after its bottom line, but sometimes a corporation thinks it's an empire. The Mid-System Trading Company wants The Belt, and they don't care whom they have to bribe or kill to get it. Their plans go wrong when a group of pirates hijacks the wrong shipment. Fearing their plan will be exposed, MSTC hires an assassin to kill the pirates and retrieve the stolen weapons. Sometimes, though, assassins can have a conscious, pirates can be good guys, and battle armor can think it's an anime character.
