She has wide experience in both initial and on-going formation, workshops for formators and leadership teams of both male and female congregations in Africa and Europe. Sr Chinyeaka served on the leadership of her congregation. She is also the author of Interculturality in Religious Life: A Blessing in Different Colours. At present, she is Vice Postulator, Dublin Archdiocesan Rogatorial Inquiry for the Cause of the Canonisation of her Congregation's founder, Bishop Joseph Shanahan.
