Michael Robert Krikorian

And Speaking of Scorpions... Michael Robert Krikorian

Soooo Funny!!! I had tears in my eyes as I was reading it. Don Jamieson, VH1's That Metal Show Well, if he laughed so hard that he cried reading the first edition, he'll surely have a stroke reading the "Hurricane Edition"! Since no life is ever truly over until it's over, I have decided to update my life's story. Actually, I've done more than update the story. I've given it a complete makeover. No, the story hasn't changed, and yet I doubt any of you who have read the original edition will even believe you are reading the same book! With the help of my amazing co-writer, Michael Robert Krikorian, and some of the people who were part of helping the Scorpions not only make music but make history like the legendary producer, Dieter Dierks, and manager extraordinaire, David Krebs, lending their deep insight to the history and backstories behind the albums, tours, and general comings and goings of the band, there is so much more here for all of you to enjoy. This book is truly the complete history of the greatest Rock and Roll band ever to come from Germany. From the early years when they couldn't get more than $4000.00 dollars from RCA to produce an album through what I call the "Golden Years", the whole story is here. I've also added many more stories and anecdotes from the road as well as information about my life since the release of the first edition. But there is also a very special bonus with this edition... In a time when the world is focused on ridiculous things that have all been classified under the heading "political correctness", I decided that I would help out those who are having a difficult time adapting to this new "enlightened" way of dictating... I mean, thinking. And so I've included a comprehensive guide to sensitivity - The Male Sensitivity Test. For you men, it will surely assist you in adjusting your behavior. And ladies, don't worry, you haven't been forgotten as it will most certainly give you a lot of "That's right, Honey..." moments. Take it with someone you love! If you dare... All in all, it is literally twice the length, five times as informative, and at least 10 times as much "fun" as the first edition. In a time when so much of what we're allowed to enjoy is being controlled and manipulated, laughter is still the best medicine. My hope is that this story will cure all that ails you. A smile is the greatest gift we can give to anyone. This edition will truly "Rock You Like A Hurricane"!
