Always After Me Sandy Edwards

It is both a blessing and, at times, feels like a curse to be called and chosen. I've spent most of my life rebelling against the latter because I thought God's way was much harder. I grew up in the church, but I craved more than a Sunday service, and it took me a few years before I came to understand why. Much of my rebellion resulted from feeling misunderstood and rejected. I had a lot of questions that no one seemed able to answer, and honestly, when I read the bible on my own--- a lot of what I saw didn't align with what I read. So I ditched God and decided to wild out, and for a season, it worked, but it cost me everything. After wasting my inheritance, flatlining for 30 minutes, walking through a divorce, healing from childhood trauma, and ultimately returning home-- I decided to trust God again. Always After Me is a testimony of God's grace and how He intervened and continued to pursue my heart and how, when my life spiraled out of control, I remembered God, and He delivered me.
