Learning Process Profile appraisal provides an experience-based framework for understanding the learning processes and patterns of students who need extra support, in turn guiding individualized strategy development. With the collaborative assistance of an educational intervention specialist, the profile is completed and the results applied in a problem-solving process to generate meaningful, practical intervention or support strategies from the front lines. Profile forms and procedures were developed by the author based on extensive study, training, and experience, and then implemented on the job with teachers as a tool to assist in collaborative problem-solving.
