Genetic engineering has now far exceeded our most complex theories and expectations and is still moving forward with amazing and controversial accomplishments. We now have cloned humans and animals walking amongst us. Viruses and cells have now been recovered from diseases and animals from both new and centuries old epidemics and deaths and can now be transformed and used for both good and evil, the usual paths of human endeavors. The real question is how many other groups like the Phoenix or governments are working on bioweapons for inducing illnesses or genocide in order to make greater profits or conquests. The Tennessee group was able to prevent the sinister Phoenix plan but prevention of other efforts may prove to be more difficult if not impossible. - Jack M Rary, Ph. D.
