"How to Acquire a Second Language from the Beginning of Speech" presents a clear format, an objective and consistent design of a method for teaching a foreign language developed by Eloisa Lima. It's the gathering of more than 40 years of a research teacher, who articulates in a singular and authorial way a study of Jean Piaget's psychogenic theory and the pedagogical method developed by Professor Lauro de Oliveira Lima in Jean Piaget's Educational and Experimental Center for learning of a second language for children, starting at a very young age. The challenge of developing a methodology capable of making children speak English without having to go through repetitive exercises or tiresome situations was what made Eloisa dare to search for innovative approaches which could be applied to teaching any language.
