Love is not a second hand emotion; because love, true love, is not an emotion at all. Too often we confuse feelings with real true concrete love. We should all be grateful that real true honest love is not based on feelings and rooted in emotions. What would the world look like if our feelings and emotions controlled the ebb and flow of our daily lives? Imagine going through your day, your week, your month totally slaved to whether you feel or do not feel like doing something, anything. Narrow that thought to those closest in your lives; parents, children, spouse, siblings, close friends, etc. Do you always feel like doing for them the good and necessary things that you do for them? Imagine, if you allowed 'feeling like it' to dictate what you did or did not do for them...those you love.
