When the Going Gets Rough - The Rough Get Polished!It seems like so much of my life, I had skin that just didn't fit. "If you could kindly direct to the two-week notice line of life, I'm going to quit." The people of this world always seemed to rub me the wrong way eventually. I was always a temper tantrum just looking for a place to happen. I didn't interact well with people, and well... people didn't interact well with me. It was rough and I had to get going. Almost three decades of working on myself, I still get rubbed the wrong way. Today, I think of trying to be like a piece glass that's been thrown into the ocean. With every wave, the glass gets rubbed on the sand. In time, the glass develops its unique shine. Every time someone rubs us the wrong way, it is a chance for us get a little more polished and a chance for us to shine. I hope these Twinkling Trinkets will help you. Rise and Shine!
