When so much already exists about trust, why this book, and why now?

Relationships are the foundations of our lives. The quality, strength and flexibility of those relationships relies on the degree and depth of trust between us. Change is frequent, fast and can be destabilising. Trust can help us to embrace change with curiosity, resilience and realistic optimism. Our approach to trust is usually ad hoc - we notice it by its absence. Yet we are more inclined to expect and seek trust from others, than to actively gift, or cultivate it, ourselves. She ran successful learning and development consultancies in London and Auckland, before moving to Melbourne. She consults and advocates for trust as a crucial factor in organisational health.
