Inspired by a relative, Jeanette Stace, herself renowned in her native New Zealand / Aotearoa, for her haiku and other poetry, Rhona has since moved on to writing haiku in the more condensed, modern English form, as well as exploring a modern application of the traditional English sonnet, and other forms of poetry. These form Rhona's second collection of original work entitled Tea for Two, which includes the poem Green Tea inspired by Jeannette's collected works published under the same name.
