His behaviour and policies smash the post Revolution consensus. Promising to Make Manor Great Again, he builds a Wall to stop immigrant hordes entering from neighbouring Pinto Farm and challenges Mung Farm's unfair trading practices. Weakened by investigations into alleged wrongdoing, unrest on the Farm and a deadly virus, Mickey and his followers become wilder and more aggressive.
