This book is about how and why we express ourselves the way we do. It offers new ways of understanding areas relating to what makes us perform the way we do - the theatre of our face, non-verbal communication, posture and movement - and it gives signposts as to how we can become more effective in how we communicate and express ourselves. This book encourages us to wonder about how and why we are made the way we are, and the potential we have as performers. It prompts us to search amongst the familiar in and around us and to hopefully come to new and more insightful eyes.
