The Circus

When Kora Langley, a young thief from the future, is stranded in London 2016, she goes in search of the young incarnation of her boss, the man who sent her there. But when he is assassinated before her very eyes, she finds herself on the run from a time-traveling, masked assassin, a mysterious alien race and its fanatical human agents.

Enlisting the help of DOPPLER, a man who can manipulate sound, the powerhouse COLONEL STRONG, the computer geek JR, and the psychic TELEGRAM SAM, Kora journeys to the human subconscious itself. Only there does she learn of the ancient alien race known as the REFINED ONES, and the chilling revelation about man's true past.

A past that is now being tampered with by the assassin from the future and could bring about the end of the universe.
