Happy Jesus: Local Boy Makes Good
Bear Jack Gebhardt
Who was Jesus? This book reveals a picture of Jesus hidden for centuries: a happy Jesus, a laughing Jesus, a Jesus as friend and companion. With verse by verse reference to the Book of John. the Jesus in this new Bible study knows that the word Christ is another word for love; that Christ is another word for peace; that Christ is another word for happiness, for joy. The Jesus in this book knows that Christ is just as much alive in everyone as it is in him. This Jesus knows that Christ has no birthday because love is eternal. Reading Happy Jesus is Christian prayer, Christian satsang, Christian meditation. If you?ve ever asked, ?How do I pray,? or ?How do I be happy,? Happy Jesus answers both questions in simple, direct ways. The photo of Jesus on the book?s cover is an artist?s inspiration. ?Happy? is how this worldly-wise book makes you feel.
