Immunotherapy has been still at a progressive note for complete recovery of tumor and its recurrence. T cell based immunotherapy has been recognised for its role in curbing the tumor progression rate. Although, the role of B cells is still at controversy. Exploring both the antitumorogenic and protumorogenic responses in a tumor microenvironment emphasis this fact to reconsider the role of B lymphocyte.
