What would you think if you literally woke up one day and discovered that everything that you believed to be true was an illusion? This book was written to process what happened to me after surviving a horrific tornado, which sent me off into the tailspin of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). I would come to learn that PTSD makes it possible for every serious traumatic experience to come to the surface with a vengeance. Through therapy and self-reflection, I received a second diagnosis of D. I. D Dissociative Disorder) the current name for Multiple Personality Disorder. After years of therapy, I discovered the source of the eccentricities of my life. I received answers to the many questions that held the key to my positive mental health. This book chronicles that journey as I navigated the foreign terrain of becoming aware of my PTSD/DID and how having them had created all of the chaos I had endured throughout my life.
