Crockett's Texas Finance Code, Title 4, Annotated contains extensive commentary on each major section in Title 4, along with relevant statutory history and thorough citations to cases, commentary, and other authorities. This annotation also contains overviews to each chapter in Title 4 and derivation tables for Title 4. This annotation is current through the Regular Session of the 85th Legislature (2017). Matt Crockett is an Assistant Professor of Law at UNT Dallas College of Law, where he teaches contracts, secured transactions, and commercial paper. He was formerly a partner and is currently Of Counsel at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Dallas. He writes and speaks regularly about secured transactions, finance, and cryptocurrency.
