M. H. Frost is the author of Post Postmodern Angst Disorder, a collection of Metamodernist Poetry. His new collection, Welcome To The Evolution, is a book of verse celebrating the heroes and heroines of nonviolence. In formal verse "that would the odes of old recall," M. H.
