This is a book of poems or lyrics that I wrote during my recovery from a suicide attempt. I feel mental health is just as important as physical health. Maybe something I wrote will help someone, or relate to someone who feels or has felt the same way. These are my private thoughts but they helped me heal so I wanted to share them. I talk about anxiety, depression, my marriage struggles, and the stillbirth of my son. But, just like with any song or poem, take my words to mean anything you want.
